You might think that big corporations like Apple, Amazon, Google and Microsoft don’t care about people, but that is not true. They do care, but only about very few people, mostly those in charge. Oh yeah, and they finance fascism.

While the orange Hitler is destroying American democracy one broken law at a time, at least he can count on his good pals, like Jeff Bezos or Mark Zuckerberg to finance his insanity, f.e. a giant ballroom that is completely pointless and is being built without any permissions or scrutiny. I mean, they have to, otherwise they could not gather the rest of the money that is left in the world.
But when you buy some old tat on Amazon to fill the emptiness in your inner life, at least you can rest assure that your money is being used for a good cause. And don’t waste time on thinking that Amazon is actively trying to replace in next few years its 600,000 employees with robots, that is just collateral damage in the fight for a better good - making Jeff Bezos even more evil. I meant rich.
So, thank you Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta and Microsoft for being at the spearhead of the new world, marching towards the bright feature in the goose step.

Google is officially shutting down Google Stadia. Blah blah blah, yada yada yada, I told you so! But to be fair, so has everyone else...

For the last time I hope.
GSC Game World, the company behind Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, just introduced a new game in the universum and at the same time they invented a new genre of the games. Or rather, meta games. Introducing Stalker 2: the Download Simulator!
No, Phasmophobia still exists, it does have some pretty loyal fanbase, it has about 16,000 active users, so... where is the demise you ask? Well, it is just around the corner, but the symptoms are, sadly, already here.
Steam has made some poor choices in the past, and it seems like they are coming back to bite them on the backside. And it is not even funny any more.
Unity Technologies, a company behind very popular Unity game engine, hit the news again, but not for reasons you might expect. Yup, it looks like they became the new evil corporation on the horizon.
I recently read an article pointing out how Google and Facebook killed browser games, but while author made some valid points, he missed on few key elements.
While YouTube has its fair share of problems and stupidity involved in the process of "making it better", it looks like some of the youtubers just can’t help themselves and blame YouTube for somethi...
