Mystify Soccer is online soccer manager that simulates the divisions in 8 European countries (England, Scotland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Holland and Romania) using real team names and fictitious players. The game has started in late 1990s with very simple interface and minimum player parameters (players were more or less described by one overall skill level, fitness and morale) and matches without any description and with only very, very basic match statistics. And to be honest it did not changed much in last few years - skills of the player were divided into 8 different parameters, the matches have gained basic descriptions of what had happened, but still there are no statistics of individual players.
There are several transfer options, but in general there are direct transfers between the clubs and not the auctions system like in larger games. Loans are available, player swaps, free agent transfer list and simple auction system for free players. Competitions include league games, national cup matches and international cup competitions. The club management options are limited (simple youth development system, sponsor deals, basic training and that is about it).
Overall very simple game, but with direct transfers keeps good atmosphere, have group of devoted players and is quite entertaining (although a bit old fashioned). Also the season length could be a problem - the league games are played once a week (twice if you play in the cup), so it means about 10-15 minutes of your activity for 7 days and it takes months to finish the season.
