Nexus TK Nexus: The Kingdom of the Winds 1996

Title: Nexus TK

Original title: Nexus: The Kingdom of the Winds

Year introduced: 1996
Country of origin: South Korea
Languages: English

Price: premium subscription

Nexus: The Kingdom of the Winds is a classic Korean MMORPG that has been in continuous service since its 1996 release. Do arcane mysteries entice you? Or poetic stories? What of donning stunning platemail and hefting up the sword nearly lost from beneath the waves of human consciousness? Or is it simply the riches and awesome artifacts you wish to behold? Allow the winds of your imagination to rise up.

While it is a subscription-based game, players can play for free until your character reaches Level 49. There are four classes, or paths, that players can choose from as they explore the three kingdoms of Koguryo, Buya, and Nagnang. Players have the power to organize clans, get elected to the councils governing advanced classes, and even run the in-game justice system.

Nexus: The Kingdom of the Winds key features:
- exploration of the world – discover the different empires of Koguryo, Buya, and Nagnang in a world inspired by Korean mythology.
- Chose from four base paths – paths, which are similar to classes, consist of Warrior, Rogue, Mage, and Poet. Each has four sub-paths to follow.
- social and political side – rise up the ranks in player-run clans, class councils, and even within the Kingdoms themselves!
- player housing – each of the Three Kingdoms has three villages where players may rent plots of land and customize their own homes.
