Otteretto is a game about palindromes (and otters) according to the author, but I’m not sure how reliable he is a witness. It is about palindromes in a sense that you look for elements that look the same from both ends. Other than that is a game similar to Match 3 and a bit to classic Tetris.
Now that none of the explanation makes any sense, let me tell you more! In a field similar to the one in Tetris you are given a set of blocks in five different colours. The goal is to find chains of those blocks that, like palindromes, look the same from either side. For example palindrome will be a single yellow block between two blue ones, because no matter from which end of the chain you look the elements will be the same.
And that is about it. I guess I should mention that the longer chain you manage to find more points you will get for it, more colours used means more points and you actually need those points to advance to the next level (get the new set of blocks. If you run out of blocks without reaching next level the game ends.
On surface it is a very simple game, quite similar to Tetris and Match 3, but the palindrome element makes all the difference and game becomes quite challenging.

Or rather the IGMMOIG word. I know, it’s not really a word, it’s acronym, but "I’m Gonna Make My Own Indie Game" is such a long thing to say. Yes, each week, each month, perhaps even each day so...
