Someone give this man a hug!

Do you know what is the laziest trite in writing a story? To finish it with "it was all just a dream". Unfortunately, some people don’t know that, and so we have another episode of KSI’s meltdown saga.

Someone give this man a hug!

If you don’t know who KSI is, I don’t blame you. I didn’t realize someone like that existed before, a few years ago, he got involved with infamous people, who I won’t even mention right here. Enough said their "friendship" grew bigger and bigger because of the money and money. It grew so big that they put together their minds and produced an energy drink. I know, it must have been a long day at the office - who knew it was even possible to make an energy drink?!

But since the fame of their drink quickly faded away, they came up with an even better idea - let’s become "friends" with an even bigger (supposedly) scam artist and put together a copy of a crappy product. And so they have. It was not welcomed with open hands by their audience, but nevertheless they pushed on to keep their "friendship" afloat. But then another man, I never heard of, got involved by publishing a single tweet. This put the poor KSI on a verge of meltdown - he firmly stood by his "friends" and was prepared to attack anyone who will put in question the fact that their crap is slightly better than some other crap. He kept it going for few weeks.

But since poor KSI is a man of many talents, such as... well... I guess... I mean... it’s not that important, he supposedly has many talents. So he published his newest song called... whatever it was called. Enough said no one, except poor KSI, took it seriously because of the style, the lyrics, the music, the video and the whole idea. And this pushed the poor KSI way beyond the meltdown point - he spent several days of his busy schedule fighting everyone, who thought that it was just a parody of a song. So, basically everyone. He kept it going for a few weeks.

But now, we finally know the truth - he was joking the whole time! In a podcast with a known scam artist, he declared that did it all just for the marketing of his videos. Yes, boys and girls, he was playing a complete idiot, he was pretending to be a psychotic loser, he was just acting like a pathetic little child! It was all just a dream... What was the goal? To push the views of his "song", which is supposed to be now the most viewed video on his channel. In that case, can I have a contact to your PR agency? They sound like great minds.

But that reminded me of a small detail, a meltdown he had after he lost a "boxing match" some time ago and, for some time, simply could not let go. Or when he could not let go after hearing some comment made by a boxing "expert". Or when their drink was accused of being just a caffeine with some water added. Or when their drink was sued by Lionel Messi... Damn, the poor KSI must be one of the busiest actors in the whole UK - he has been pretending to be a spoiled child for years now!

To summarize: the poor KSI made a complete fool of himself, for weeks he was acting like an idiot, lost any shreds of dignity, lost the last pieces of credibility he had and become a meme, so his legacy, his biggest video ever be a crappy song that was ridiculed by everyone? Sounds great, where do I sign up? What will be his next move? "It was a social experiment"? "It was my evil twin brother"? "I had amnesia and didn’t know what I was doing"? I guess we will have to wait for the next episode of "KSI has no real friends" show.

Steam is sinking

Steam has made some poor choices in the past, and it seems like they are coming back to bite them on the backside. And it is not even funny any more.

If it is free, you are not the customer

Wargaming, company behind World of Tanks, World of Warships and World of Warplanes, is known for its predatory marketing approach towards customers, so article like this is nothing new or nothing surprising, but there might be people unfamiliar with the topic, so... Yeah, there are things that need to be said.

Stop this planet, part 2

Admitting you have a problem is a first step to fix that problem. A simple rule that a lot of gamers should look into - if you are unhappy with the state of gaming industry, start with your own behaviour to solve that problem.

Wargaming is leaving Russia and Belarus

Wargaming.net, a company behind World of Tanks and World of Warships (also World of Warplanes, but realistically who cares?) is apparently leaving Russia and Belarus.

Submarines are coming to town

After long, long time in development submarines are finally coming to World of Warships. Well, sort of coming. And the gamers are sort of excited about it.

Has the penny finally dropped?

Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft, dropped a bombshell while speaking at World Economic Forum 2026 Annual Meeting. According to him, AI is at risk of becoming a bubble. Wow, if we all had such insightful minds... Oh, wait, we do!
