Sam Altman, your favourite CEO of OpenAI, lied again. In other news, bears apparently do defecate mainly in the forested areas.

Sam Altman, the "brain" behind OpenAI as a commercial product, lied again, this time while he was interviewed regarding the Anthropic refusal to comply with US military demands so their Claude AI would be open to use for surveillance and weapon systems. During the interview, Altman praised Anthropic, and said that OpenAI is following similar moral guidelines.
I guess he forgot he said that, because less than 48 hours later, OpenAI signed an agreement with the US military to use their product potentially for surveillance and weapon systems. Later, Altman published on the social media platform that shall not be named, that he agreed to some terms in the agreement that would ensure ChatGPT is used in a restricted way, but the US military did not confirm that version of events.
It was surprise for the users of OpenAI products (not sure why), so they started to uninstall ChatGPT from their devices and the numbers of such cases rose by 300% within hours. But also, it seems that the OpenAI employees were surprised by that decision, because they caused some backlash as well.
Oh, well, just another day in the corporate America. Nothing to see here.

Google AI project Genie 3 shook the gaming world and... it is hard to tell why.
Yes, it is another round of not that smart people giving interviews and telling the masses that AI is gonna replace them all.
Sam Altman, the "brain" behind introducing AI as a commercial product is getting really desperate and a bit detached from reality.
Almost 3 months ago I was worried that Stalker 2 might be a huge disappointment for several reasons. Now, that developers showed us the gameplay trailer, lots and lots of red flags popped up on this project that made me feel smug and important...
Steam just took a stand against NFTs in the games available on the platform. Is this the first sign of getting back to normal?
The next-gen update to Fallout 4 that was linked to the premiere of the Fallout TV series was quite a surprise for the players. I mean, Bethesda does not have a great track record when it comes to fixing or improving their titles after they are published. But as they say in the gaming universe, "Bethesda, Bethesda never changes".
Stalker 2, game under development in Ukrainian studio GSC Game World, again hits the news, and again not for particularly good reason.
The curious case of PhlyDaily, or how to sink your youtube channel for a... reasonably good reason. But in unreasonably silly way.
